Processing Times All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Processing times vary by item type:
- Standard items: 4–10 business days
- Personalized & embroidered items: 10–42 business days
Please check individual product listings for specific processing time estimates. Processing begins once full payment and all customization details are received. Missing personalization information will delay your order.
Digital Products Digital download products are available for instant download after purchase — no shipping required and no shipping fees apply.
Shipping Methods & Carriers Physical orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
- Domestic orders: USPS First Class (3–7 business days after processing) or Priority Flat Rate for larger items
- International orders: USPS First Class International (2–8 weeks after processing); please note international shipments may be untracked
